Exclamation No sponsor? No chance for legal residency

Nice article and it states the part where I have a problem with...No sponsor? No chance for legal residency

There are only two legal avenues to becoming a permanent U.S. resident for most immigrants - sponsorship by an American employer, or by a family member who's a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.

If those aren't options for a particular immigrant, living in America is also not an option, in most cases.
