I know its not related to this forum. Since a thread is picked up, I want to shoot a question that may be in mind of a lot of us...

There is a mention of Pre-existing condition in the health care reform bill, that says Insurance companies cannot deny insurance based on pre-existing conditions. Does it apply to visitors and visitors insurance too? Maybe a lame question. But just wondering...
