Unhappy H4 approved with future validity date, H1 expires this month, please help..
Hi Experts;

My wife's H1B expires on 31st Jan 2011 (today). My lawyer applied for her COS from H1 to H4 along with my H1B extension on time and we received receipt notice for my wife's H4 on Jan 18th 2011. Now we have received my wife's H4 approval notice with validity dates of 2nd May 2011 to 1st may 2014. What happens to her status from Feb 2011 to April 2011? Will she be out of status? Not sure whay Validity begin date of H4 is 2nd May 2011 instead of 1st Feb 2011.
