Do we know how many labor certifications have been approved for India in April 2004 to March 2005 period???

now this 7290 approvals include EB2, EB3 and EB3 (other workers)
so the reasoning at that time was if we can get over the hump of april 2004-March 2005...then the dates would move to Dec 2005/ jan 2006.
i would hope it comes true this year.
