Default Few quick questions.

1. Are to EB3 to EB2 port case OR all along EB2 ? If port case when your EB2 porting happened - few months back ?

2. If not port case and you tried all the routes below - put together proof of all the communication hardcopy and softcopy date by date and contact someone in IV.

This is not fair at all. My PD is also EB2 Mar 2005 but I'm a port case and it happened 2 months back so I'm still waiting since the processing time in TSC is 6 months and NSC is 4 months after your PD is "truly" current.

Let me know !

Are there any other options I have ?

I am thinking of going to a lawyer. Is there anything a lawyer can do at this point ?
