I am not comfortable with the whole plan and have tried to talk to her, but she wouldnt listen. I am thinking of writing to Mumbai Consulate reporting fraud. I have her DS160. I am on H1B and do not intent to get into any trouble.
Pls advice if writing to consulate is a good idea or it will simply raise a flag.
