My CASE- Too many transfers

NSC to Local Office to TSC to NSC again
Porting - No
Interfiling - No
Case in local office- Was intereviewd in 2009 and was told pre-adjudicated.
RFEs after filing I485 - No
Dependent added after filing I485- YES
Multiple I485s for the same applicant- No
Multiple I140 for the same applicant - No
What actions have you taken till now - SR and Congressman ( Answer is wait for 90 days)
The frustrating part was that they told me during local office interview that everything looks good and it will be approved after the numbers are current. Then, it was transferred to TSC to speed up the process. Recently, they moved it back to NSC again to "speed up" the process.
