Default Supporting documents for 'applying EAD and AP'
EB3 - India
I-140 approved.
July 2, 2007 filer.
I-485 pending.

My company lawyer is not applying for EAD and AP as requested for my spouse.

I am thinking of applying myself and asked company lawyer to tell me what supporting evidence/documents do I need and give to me (such as I-797s for pending I-485, proof of payment for I-485 etc.) so we can apply EAD and AP ourselves.

It appears the company may not give us these supporting documents either.

Please let me know the following:

1. What documents are needed to send with AP application?

2. What documents are needed to apply for EAD?

Where can I get these documents from? USCIS customer service tells me to talk to my company lawyer and company lawyer just ignores/delays. How and where can I get these documents?
