future employment based GC and AC21
i have a question. Mine is a labor substitution case. i140 approved. i 485 pending for more than 180 days. i have EAD. My GC is based on future employment. but i never worked for the sponsoring company. I have been working for a different company (A) and now would like to join company C (not GC sponsoring employee) using AC 21. does it cause an problems in the future? do I need to work with my GC sponsoring employer? I need to work with them at a later date. since my GC is under EB3 category, it is going to take several years.
