Default Cap Exempt and Cap Subject H1B term limit
I have been working for the last 2 years for a H1B cap exempt organization on a H1B and am moving to a H1B cap subject company soon. Could anyone let me know if the 2 years spent on the cap exempt company count towards the 6 year limit of being on a H1B. Thank you.
