I have called the 800 number and this is what I learned -
If you are applying with a copy of I-140 approval, then send your package to the exact address on your I-140 approval.
If you are applying with a receipt of I-140, then also send your package to the exact address on the I-140 receipt.
If you are joint filing I-140 and I-485, then there is only ONE address to send your package to which you can get from USCIS website or 800 number.
My advice to whoever is self filing - please call USCIS and get the information first hand. You dont have to take my advice on where to file, but do take my advice on getting advice from USCIS
