Questions

1)Any chance to convert Consular Processing to 485 though Priority date (12-Jun-2003) is not current.
2)Any chance for spouse to get workpermit/E.A.D based on Husband's Greencard filing (without filing G.C on wife's name)
3)Can spouse get H1B extension after 6 years without filing G.C on spouse name
4)If G.C process is started on wife's name in Nov/Dec 2009, is she eligible to get the H1B extension after 6 years even if G.C labor is still pending
5)Can husband change employer
6)If wife changes status to H4 after 6 years of H1, can she apply for H1 again after being on H4 for 1 year.
