Current EAD processing times as of Jan 2010

Does anyone know how long it takes in Texas service center for EAD renewal as of Jan 2010? I am sure lots of folks are coming up for EAD renewal come July 2010 (with respect to famous July fiasco in the past). I am asking this question to find out how much early we need to file for renewal in order to get it on time. Thanks for your replies.
