Health Check before PERM approval

To all the GC Gurus..

I suspect I did something wrong :

I got my health check done, prior to my PERM approval.

Does it make any difference? Should the health check be done only after PERM is approved?

Can you please advise me whether it's okay or I should take corrective measures (my 485 is still not posted)?

The validity of the Medicals is 6 months, I think. So as long as it is not older than that you're fine.

The validity of the Medicals is 6 months, I think. So as long as it is not older than that you're fine.
Medicals are valid for 1 year and not 6 months.

Medical checkups are valid for 1 year whereas shots are valid for 10 years. So amits should be fine as long as you are filing your AOS within one year of your medicals.
