gap between re-entry to the US

Hi. I am a 10 year multiple b1/B2 visa holder. I have visited the US twice. first time was for 26 days and the second time for 56 days at a gap ako 9 months. I left US last Dec. 6, 2009. Now I am planning to visit the US again this coming April. Is there a possibility of POE issue with this trip? Is there a rule of length of stay outside the US before coming bcak? Please help me. Any for of advice is highly appreciated. Thanks

As far as I know, unless you overstay the date given by the CBP at POE you should be fine. You can come in and go how many ever times you want.
