Hi All
I am on AP and work at an end client on a staffing assignment ( Fortune 500 Company) . I am employed by TekSystems (a well known staffing company). I have not filed my AC21 so far and my GC was filed by another company. They did not withdraw my I-140. I do have a AC21 letter.

Well , I am in India and was soon to return back through EWR airport.

With all the NEWS about EWR airport , I am very confused if i should try to Re-Enter through EWR OR may be I should book another ticket form another Airport and use that to Re-Enter.

Can anyone please advice if i should Re-Enter from another Airport ?
To be on the safe side , I can purchase a 1000/- new ticket.

I am really worried about the Employee / Employer relations stuff, as mine is a staffing employer and client.
I did read that there is NO issue at other Airports for people with AP.

Thanks in Advance.

If i had an option, then i would try to avoid the NJ.NY airports altogether.

Fly into chicago or some other hub.
The extra hassle might well be worth it.

If you have all required documents then i'm sure you should be safe.... else you have PHL which is like a couple of hours far from EWR.

I'm not sure why you are worried. If you are going to use a AP and your records are valid, there is no reason to think about the alternative.

I have read/heard cases about H1B, but NOT with AP.

I came through EWR last week using AP...no questions asked and the POE only asked to look at my EAD card.
I have changed jobs(I am also in the telecom sector like you and my GC filing company is different from the one I work for now on EAD).........

All they did was after verifying my passport took me to a lower level to another officer who stamped my AP......there was no secondary interview...took less than 5 minutes....
