Can I still E-file EAD as USCIS changed locations of Paper filing???.

Hi Attorneys

I would like to know if I can still file EAD electroniclly (AOS C9 Empolyment Based).

Would USCIS direct my E-filed application to appropriate new Service Centers as mentioned by USCIS website.

Is there a change where we send Supporting Docs??.
