It is a pathetic situation that some members are venting on IV for the GC mess.
I know, every month, VB brings the worst in all of us whose careers have been affected by GC issues.

It does not mean that you should target your anger and frustration towards an organization like IV.

The people who are ranting, why cannot you mentally prepare for the worst and try and hope for the best.

The system we are in is broken and very difficult to correct.
So, live with it. We are the ones that choose to enter this system and still can exit anytime.

If you are really frustrated and cannot tolerate this injustice, start a revolution.
why are you waiting?

I completly agree with you. If IV will ask members to send a letter to raise the issue, then max 200 out of 35000 people will come out. People here can blaim IV all day long, but are not willing to spent 44 cents to send a letter. OP please add a poll and ask how many are willing to send a letter (only this much, no less no more, on 44 cents per month for your GC) every month to raise their voice.

Yes very true..as more and more H1Bs and L1 refuse to put up with these mess and leave US and Corporate America will take notice and lobby for fixing the system (and succeed).

Till then mess will increase actually. If you see from their point of view...why
fix the H1B /EB mess when people are willing to slave more and more under H1B...
In a capitalistic system, given the opportunity they will always choose slaves (21st century version) over free workers.
