I currently work as a Systems Analyst. Now when my company sponsors my GC, would they be sponsoring me for my current job ie "systems analyst" or a future job like a "senior systems analyst". How does this work?

According to my lawyer, title is not important, but only job description has to be the same. According to my H1b I am working as a Net Manager, but lawyer applied for GC as a Net Admin.
