it seems congressman gutierrez is asking for assurance on cir before he will pledge his vote for the healthcare. maybe thats the reason y obama meet with senator schumer and senator graham to kind of assure hispanic caucus that he wants to take up cir. but congressman gutierrez is not convinced and he is asking other hispanic caucus to threaten to vote against the healthcare till obama gives his assurance for taking up cir..... nice move congressman gutierrez..... i support you

if hispanic caucus will stand together..... they can get immigration bill on the floor of the congress.... IV should call hispanic caucus asking them to oppose healthcare if they do not get assurance on cir.

another relevant news is that senator lindsey graham, lone republican senator ready to support cir, is saying he will not support cir if healthcare is done with 51 vote reconciliation procedure. without senator graham, it will be not possible to get immigration bill..... here is the article:

Anyhow there is not enough time for CIR if Healthcare is passed or not. Someone must be preparing the bill now if it is to be introduced. Bill by Gutierrez is dead on arrival as many did not accept the bill. These noises will be go for next three months and then they will keep quiet to prepare for election.
