I applied for DOL in Virginia in July 2004. All the files from Virginia according to DOL website should be sent to Philadelphia.
I received the 45 days letter from Dallas in May 2006!
I wonder why they sent my application to Dallas instead of Philly?
Any advice would be appreciated?
