I came to US in 2005 on F1 after marriage and after completion of studies and OPT shifted to H4 .
My question is, what are the necessary documents I should take for H4 stamping? My husband has not got any H1 stamping on his passport as he also came here on F1 and then shifted to H1 and since then he has not left the country.
So please let me know the requirements.
