All,

I just received the I-485, I-131 and I-765 receipt notices. There was no priority date listed on all documents for me and my wife.

The section where it says priority date is left blank. Are all receipt notices similar? Please share your experiences.

Thank you

I check with my attorney he said it is ok; USCIS have you PD record from Labor cert.

PDs will be available with the attorney. Notice of action have only the minimal required info - even the EAD will not have fingerprinting even if you have completed the fingerprinting.

EAD has nothing to do with fingerprinting

U C, EAD is a precursor to your actual GC - unfortunately people like you who are unqualified to talk on this matter make comments that are not even verified. On your EAD Card, there is a spot for fingerprinting - that spot will always remain a blank. EAD means your I140 is approved and that you can travel on AP. It by no means guarantees a GC - and even the EAD does not show all the information.

Also, fingerprinting is for FBI verification only.

wow that was harsh...btw..EAD has nothing to do with I140 approval or AP for that matter. You can get an EAD as long as you apply for 485 and submitted I765 even if your I140 is pending.

Sorry dude - I didn't mean it to sound harsh - I am thinking about something else - I am too confused - this whole process does this to you.

Next time you make a comment like that think about its consequences first. We are here to help each other and not fight over what we know or not. So my statement stands correct that FP has nothing to do with EAD. Now you need to learn from people like me monkeyman.
