Is your PD current for over 2 years after filing I485 more than 2 years ago? IV can help.

There maybe thousands of such cases. These include EB1s with I485 filing date of pre 2008, EB2 cases with pre 2004 I485 filing dates and EB3 that have been current for a long time are pending despite their I140 approved before they filed I485. (Cases that ported do not qualify. Your case must be way outside the processing times and you have tried all options to get this issue addressed.)

I just registered as donor and I need help for my green card process.

Initially I filed my GC under EB3 with priority date 1/12/2005, I-140 also approved.
I also filed my I-485 during july 2007 fiasco.

After that I had my EB2 labor and I-140 apporved. But my priority date was not ported in EB2-140. According to EB2 my date is current.

I tried thru couple of lawyers but no help.

I had college going kids and I am badly in need of help. I don't have any options hence I am requesting your help.
