View Full Version : Resources to file Writ of mandamus (WOM), and sample of WOM, and immgration info!

After being stuck in background check for more than a year and unable to work, I successfully filed a Writ of Mandamus (WOM) against USCIS, US Department of Justice, and the FBI in May 07. I filed my lawsuit in May and at the end of August, my I-485 petition was approved. In order to help those in the same situation, I posted all the resources (sample WOM, motion, websites….) I used on my Writ of Mandamus at www.sourcelook.com .
I also wrote about “how to file a WOM as Pro-Se?”, “who to name as Defendants in your lawsuit?, “what can you do to improve your chance when filing WOM against USCIS? And more. If you have questions please post them here in this forum or send me a private message.
