Not sure if this is the right place for this question, but since it is regarding h1b cap, I would like to know
First, is there a deadline for H-1b visa application? because my OPT ends at the end of Jan next yr, I need to apply for H-1b visa of next yr. Therefore, i want to know if the deadline is in this yr coz I really doubt whether or not i can get h-1b sponsorship within this yr.
Second, is the h-1b visa issued to those who apply first? In other word, will the first individual who apply h-1b get approved first?
