I got RFEs for I693 Suppliment last month (17th Sept 2007) for me and my wife. The Doc did not include the suppliment with the originally submitted documents. I got the suppliments signed, and in a sealed envelope and sent it to USCIS (through Lawyer). The USCIS reflected the change on Oct 1st 2007 as Requested evidence received.

Today we got two more RFEs (one for me and one for my wife) via e-mail. I will have to wait few more days to know that for certain.

I don't know if this is related to the Medical test. Does the USCIS require the original medical records? We both had all vaccines done in my home country (Sri Lanka) except for tetanus (Civil sergeon gave both of us tetanus shot on the day he did the medical). We got the vaccination records (faxed) from the respective District Medical Officers. The Civil Sergeon transferred the dates from the records (faxes) to the I693 suppliment. He did not include the faxes in the sealed envelope.

In this case I may need to get the originals mailed to us. Does anybody has experience is receiving two RFEs? Do I need to try and get the originals of the medical records from home country?

Thanks a lot,

TG.

no they dont ask for vaccation records as far as I know. As long as the Civil Surgeon filled in the dates for all required vaccinations on your I693 supplement you should be ok. if he missed something (or wrote you dont have all required vaccinations) then it could be this RFE.

Wait for teh RFE text, could be something else. do update the thread when you get it.

Thanks for the reply.

I got the email notices un 10/03 saying they mailed the RFEs. But on 10/04 I got another email stating the requested evidence received and case processing resumed. I so far haven't got the physical mails (RFEs) either. Also, there was a soft LUD change on 10/05. There's no update after that. I guess they did a mistake sending out the RFE email (hopefully). I will keep my fingures crossed.

Thanks agan.
