Hi All,
I am on H4 currently, and would like to start working on the EAD that I received rcently. I also happened to hear that once I start wokring on my EAD, my H4 becomes invalid. I would like to know if I can transfer from my EAD status to H1B just to be safe if incase they reject my I-485. Can I do this tranfer before the expiry of the EAD?
