Hi,

My employer is not giving me the Receipt number saying that it is against the company policy. They've filed my I-140 in December, 2006 with Nebraska Service Center under EB-3 Category.
Without the receipt how can I find the status of my application. I tried to call USCIS, but didn't get any help from them.
Please let me know if there is any other way of finding status without receipt number.

There's nothing you can do as I140 is an employer petition.Your employer is the only person who can give it to you.
