Guys sorry for starting new thread. I graduated from University of Delhi on May 96. My attroney mentioned date of graduation as April 96 on my labor certification and it was approved from DBEC. I filed my I-140 and I-485 on June 2007(from NSC). Whether I will be having any problem with my I-140 approval?

You will be fine. Normally noone cross checks the month information. Even if they do, one month differrence will not hamper the process.

As long as it does not contradict what your position requirements are, you should not worry about this. If the position required some one to graduate in April of 96 and you did in May, that is a problem but I doubt that would be your case...
Relax and expect an I140 approval...

It Depends on if the "1 Month" is Required for You to qualify for that Position
It depends on if that "1 Month" is required for you to Qualify for the Position and Experience Mentioned on your Labor.
If you qualify for the Position even without the 1 Month then you should be fine.

Many people get job offers and start the job even before completing the degree. Sometimes the convocation is held a bit late. It doesnot mean you can not count that experience.
