Is your company located in the new jurisdiction of NSC? May be that is why they transferred it.

Sunny Thanks for the reply. My company is located in NJ. I don't know much about new bi-specilization rules.

Thanks,
Newdesi

Alex,

Yes mine is Substitution. Is this is any new rule or generally they transfer to NSE. If you know any one who's case was xfr to NSE and how long does it takes to approval of I140.

Why did they wait till we respond the RFE on I140 (just curious)?

Please advise me.

I appreciate all for their responses.

Thanks,
Newdesi

My case was transferred to NSC from TSC on Nov 29th too. I have a Sub labor as well and I live in NJ.
Wondering why they did that!
