485 Denial /MTR/Public Trust Level 5

Hi,

My 485 was denied.I applied for an MTR . I only have a receipt of the MTR. The status of the MTR is initial review. The status of 485 is unchaaanged. My EAD is valid till October,2010.

I was interviewed for a position in a new company for which I may have to go through a Level 5 Public Trust Clearance. My question is will my 485 situation be dug up or inquired as part of Public Trust investigation?

I am also in the same boat. Before i got an denial of I-485, i applied for an EAD renewal, so i received a receipt of MTR and EAD renewal. If you have any progress please do keep me posted.

I have expedited my process on MTR,485,765 (Because of denial due to USCIS error and Financial hardship). IO told me that, we will hear with in 5days, but i didnt hear any word from them. My EAD is getting expire soon, Please do advice me what are the steps i need to do.

Hi belle,

Today I got response from USCIS. I requested to expediate the process on MTR. USCIS send me an letter saying that, Information not available for Attorney name and Beneficiary. And also they mentioned I have not provided evidence of an extreme emergent need.

While i am on call with USCIS, i informed them to, My 485 was denial for USCIS Error and Financial Hardship, and my EAD is gettign expire soon, so that i couldnt able to work, i loose the job. So that can you please expediate the process on MTR , 765. How can i express my pain to USCIS please do advice.

Your help is more important to me.

I'm sorry for you but you should have joined before and contributed some $$$.....u joined when u had an issue...u were able to I-485 because of IV...consider donating.
