AOS & CP usage.

Hi All,
Could you please help me understand the visa# utilization by 485vsCP.
1. I am assuming the available 140K visa numbers usage is the total of adjudication of 485 by USCIS and also CP done at various consulates. Is this correct?
2. If so, do we have a break up of how many visas are actually allocated for 485 applications. A by country breakup would be nice :)

If such numbers are not readily available, could you point me to some documents if you have seen them before.

I think this document covers the current backlog.
What I am looking for is - of the 140K possible employment based visas, how many are used up by USCIS here and how many are used up by various consulates.

Any guidance is much appreciated.
