i am currently a student on f1 and done with 2 semesters of my masters program
will my h1b be approved in case i manage to find a sponsrer and start working full time without completing masters degree

It's best to finish your masters program - will help in your career as well as your green card process.....(if you ever dare to apply for one with the way things are currently!)
