Lets get a poll on how many are eligible for 485 adjudication this last quarter. Comparing this with the approvals poll will give us an estimate of the success rate.

We are tracking the number of approvals in another thread. But we also need to know how many eligible members are out there. the ratio of these numbers will help get valuable info as to the %age of approvals.

I am trying to bump this thread once more. Individuals who see the need for this information please keep this thread alive.

This is a sample study of only the members. For example, if this poll shows 200 members and the number of approvals from the "2010 last quarter approvals" is 150, then we know that about 75% of our members are approved and 25% are still waiting.

This is a statistic. Do not expect for exact numbers.

Basically we want to see if all EADs are being approved within or before 70- 90 days. We want to see how fee increase maybe linked to such delays. Could someone look at the information on this thread from our IV membership and post some trend. Do not include data from other sites. We are focussed only on IV member concerns and their genuine data on IV forums. If we see USCIS delays go beyond their 90 day period for several of our members, we can have a case to fight for faster approvals

IV wants to help its members in getting their renewals in time.

Please visit this thread and provide your information if you are facing delays in receiveing your EAD.

My PD is March 21, 2005. Yet waiting. Yet in initial review stage. No word yet. At least according to May 2010 pending I-485 applications data there were around 3400 (EB2-India) pending applications just with PD in March 2005. I have not seen a lot of March 2005 or earlier approvals posted here.
