Hi all

I am trying to fill online EAD form and need help with answers to choose from drop down menu for:

1.MANNER Of LAST ENTRY INTO THE US ;

2.CURRENT IMMIGRATION STATUS.

On Dec 31st 2008 I went to India and returned on June 5th 2009 using Advance Parole.My husband continues to work on H1 visa,though he has EAD.My EAD expired in October 2008.

Can someone please tell me what options should I choose for the above two questions?Hope I get an answer immediately.

For 1 & 2, put DA-ADVANCE PAROLE (DISTRICT AUTHORIZATION).

How do I know this?

when i entered this January using AP, the officer put AOS/DA on my I-94.

I did file EAD online and these two fields are not required fields, so I left it blank. Btn., I have received EAD (Aug '08).

14. Manner of Last Entry (Visitor, Student, etc.)
15. Current Immigration Status (Visitor, Student, etc.)

When i applied this time i filled PAR . still waiting for the EAD card.

Previously also i filled PAR . my I94 Says PAROLED in that .
