Hi,
I read through some of the threads here. THere is a mention of faxing or mailing asking USCIS to expedite the request, but no details of the fax number or email address that I can find. Which number to fax to or which email address to send the expedite request to ? Thanks very much for your help. It has been 85 days since my receipt date for EAD renewal and no update yet.

You can call number 800-375-5283 and listen all the options carefully . One of the option to expedite the case ( i think option 6). With this option you will talk to a Customer Rep. Tell him/her that you are loosing job because EAD is expiring. Expedite the process in financial loss/ Humantarian basis. CR will provide you cofirmation #. Good luck.

Basically we want to see if all EADs are being approved within or before 70- 90 days. We want to see how fee increase maybe linked to such delays. Could someone look at the information on this thread from our IV membership and post some trend. Do not include data from other sites. We are focussed only on IV member concerns and their genuine data on IV forums. If we see USCIS delays go beyond their 90 day period for several of our members, we can have a case to fight for faster approvals
IV wants to help its members in getting their renewals in time.
Please visit this thread and provide your information if you are facing delays in receiveing your EAD.

I couldn't find the expedite option either. Can someone please help me with what I need to do regarding expediting my EAD request? My receipt date is 6.28 (TSC) and Notice date of 7.2. No LUD's since then. I'm waiting. My EAD expires on Sept 9 and I will lose my job if I don't get the renewal by then.
Please help..

I hear paper filing is better than e-filing. I may be wrong though.

My expedite request denied at NSC after few days, because of not 90 days (pending).
Opened at around 70-75 days .

Could you please share with me the wording how they denied in service request status?.Please see my other thread, I have opened a SR and got a mail after 5 days but I am not sure is it a service request denial or EAD denial?.
