Is being paroled a valid prrof of legal status for another I485

It is a complicated situation. My wife has EB3 I140 approved and I 485 is pending. I am a dependent derivative on this I485 and am able to use the EAD and Advance parole.
I was trying to start a new EB1 petition. I have been paroled inot the country on Jul y 2009.
Is my status as lawful parolee can i apply for a Eb1 petition and if I 140 gets approved will i face any difficulty in applying for a I485( since I donot have a valid nonimmigrant status at the time of I485 filing)

Yes.

There is no difficulty. You can also file I-140 and I-485 together.
