I-94 and EAD question

Hi,

I am on H1 and my I-94 expires in Dec 2010.Iam planning on using my EAD to work shortly.My question is, do I need to worry about my I-94 expiry in Dec 2010...like should I get out of US and come back using my AP before Dec 2010 so that I get a new I-94 ?

I don't think you have to go out of USA .... you can continue to work on EAD after sending new I-9 form with EAD details to your employer.
Since you filed I-485 you will be under "Authorized Period of Stay", so no need to worry about I-94.
