Eb2 reduced 6125 numbers over all compared to August Demand data
India reduced 5250 for CY 2007. But over all India reduced only 4450 only. That means...there could be porting from EB3 or some people applied 485 in 2006 when dates current. India reduced 5250 for CY 2007..it increased in CY2008.

India EB3 reduced over all 1075 but they gave 475 GCs in Eb3 category...remaining 600 either portings or rejections
5775 EB2 + 3700 Eb3 = 9475 over all GC for Eb2/3 given...India --> 4450 Eb2 + 1075 for 5525 total.
