I am in US from 4 and half years. I put the immigrant petition file for my wife 4 years ago. after 2 years she did apply for non immigration visa ( visited visa B2) and she has mentioned that her immigration petition has been filed already. She was refused for visited visa, During that time she was pregnant. Now she got the original immigration visa call this year. So is that Non Immigration visa application that she has made is gonna affect the Immigration visa...??? IF it is than HOW ??

No impact.
Her B2 was refused because there was an immigrant petition filed on her name. When you show an immigrant-intent, and later file a non-immigrant intent visa, your non-immigrant intent visa will be denied, unless you withdraw your immigrant intent visa.
So, you do not have to worry about her immigrant visa. She can go confidently for the interview.
