Till June I was working for employer A on H1B, H1B was valid upto Nov 2011. But end of June I joined employer B on EAD. I have not applied for Ac21. But recently I saw update on the I-129. Please let me know is some kind of the indication. I was in process of applying for AC21, but some of my frien has suggested it is not necessary. Please suggest.
