Form W-11, Hiring Incentives to Restore Employment (HIRE) Act.

What is this form? Are there any issues involved (in prospect of getting GC) in filling this to the employer??

Dont think it has anything to do with your GC.
it seems its an tax incentive to help in jump-start hiring...

I think it is seems like a new law and it will come to everybody pretty soon.
Any more thoughts on this?

I think it is a tax incentive controlled by IRS and not USCIS.
They just named it something catchy ... "HIRE" law... but its part of the tax code and not immgiration law.

again, thats what i think....talk to a lawyer to be sure.
