Hi Guys,

I got the H1B through one of the Desi Consulting and I worked for the 4 months but he gave me only one month salary, please help me what kind of legal action I can take against him, now days he is not picking up my calls and even not responding to my emails.

Now my three month salary is struck over there.

Call DOL or Visit Local DOL and file a complaint against your employer.

Apart from DOL, I want to give him the lesson, is there any way in which I can inform INS also.

Send him a letter stating what you are going to do (like informing the DOL).
Your pay will reach home the next day.

Prosoft Technology Group in Chicago, Il did the same to me. I went thru a lawyer and got my money back.

Please help in keeping track of these kind of companies...

Hello Guys,

Another co to be as far away as possible! This co is being ran by two brothers but it had been running under few other names. They have a tendency to change names to avoid collection!

In fact, this desi consultancy is housed in a Verizon Wireless store!!!!!! No marketing help. They just want to milk money out of you. They've withheld my salary and additional amount for almost a year now! They cancelled my GC in between on no pretext and are using the pre-approved labor for other person.

Other names:

Bachan Global
Sysnet Resources Corp
Innotrex and so on...

Does anyone have the URL to the public forum which lists such cos.?
