what if ac21 job requires fewer qualifications

I read several threads about problems with accepting jobs with description higher than the original job description. Would there be any issues if one has a EB3 pending which required bachelors degree with 2 years experience , accepting a job that requires, say for example, associate degree with 7 years experience ?
