I remember the anticipation among IV members before the monthly bulletin came out. As many EB2 folks have got GC looks like the craze has died down. Very few replies to the visa bulletin thread.

I wish everyone gets their GC's sooner than later.

Not really, it was well known that there is no movement expected in OCT, NOV and DEC bulletin, July, Aug and Sept are action months.

I see people cursing, hoping, praying etc. But very few understand how bad the situation is.

Wake up and get active! Least you can do is sign-up for monthly contributions; at least we will have the money to fight this uphill battle

I compared the 485 inventories from 12/11/09 and the one on 10/1/10, released by USCIS. The net difference (approved) for EB3I is approx 1320, cleared mostly for the 2001 PDs. Don't know what happened to rest of the visa numbers ( ~ 1500) out of the mandated ~2800 for EB3I.

Rest should have been consumed-by CP and 245(i)(follow to join):D

And now to fix the issue "releasing faulty data" the solution they have implemented is "not publish the data" :)

You are correct..If you compare the 10/1/10 485 inventory and the one given by DOS for the Chinese EB3 lawsuit (posted in another thread by Sandy Anand), they don't match either.
