When will USCIS publish processing times?

Does anyone know, why USCIS has still not published the processing times for Jan 08? I know they published last months processing times towards end of december which I thought was delayed due to holidays. Wonder when they will publish it this month.

and USCIS has not even responded to the processing times :(
(but come 15th i keep checking for the update)

I can see the processing times as of Januray 15, 2008 online now.
