EB2 or EB3

Hi,

I am currently waiting on EB3-I with priority date in August 2004. Is it a good idea to switch to EB2-I at this stage or i should wait ? I completely qualify for EB2 and verified with lawyer based on current job and experience.

If your employer is willing to proceed filing an EB2 for you, then that's the best option instead of waiting in the EB3, like those miners we never know when we will be released out of this darkness :(.

EB3 I is like a dead warm. EB2 is the way to go hands down.
