Advance Parole - Required documents

Hi,

I am planning to paper file for Advance Parole.

As per my understanding, the required documents for this process are -

1) 2 Passport size photos
2) Copy of Driving License or any Official photo identity
3) Copy of any document issued by USCIS showing your present status AND copy of
USCIS receipt for your Adjustment application.
4) Check for $ 305.00

I am not on H1 anymore as I let it expire. So, if I just send a copy of my I485 receipt will that be sufficient for the third item above.

People who have filed and received AP recently, please let me know.

Let me know if I need to send any more documents. With USCIS, you never know :(

Also, in the application, they are asking for Class of Last Admission into USA. I came in last using Advance Parole. Should I just write Advance Parole.

I recently got my AP approval.

Yes, I485 receipt will be sufficient.

I also sent these additional docs
1. I94 copy
2. 1st page of the passport, which has my picture and details.
3. Previously approved AP

Class of Last Admission : Parole - Pending AOS
