When does the next pending info released and how often is it published?

It is released every quarter. The last one was on Oct 2010. So, the next one should be around Dec or Jan..

We can expect it in the first couple of weeks of Jan 2011.

Based on Oct 2010 I 485 Pending case report, it is showing only 45573 EB2 and 7595 EB1 cases are pending. Is this mean once all eb2/eb1 will be cleared then eb3 will start getting the spill over numbers of 86832 (140000-45573-7595) this year?
